Wet your hair and the bar with warm water. Rub the bar between your hands into a lather or paint it straight onto your scalp, massage through with your fingertips, then rinse. Repeat if you want a second cleanse.

For external use only. Keep the bar out of the direct spray and let it dry between washes, on a draining dish or in a mesh bag, or it will soften and disappear quickly. Avoid the eyes and rinse with water if any gets in. Stop use if irritation develops. Keep out of reach of children.
