Our organic Coconut Nectar has a rich, caramel-like sweetness and smooth syrupy texture, making it a delicious alternative to honey, golden syrup and maple syrup. It's one of the most sustainable sweeteners available, as the coconut palm tree doesn't need to be cut down to produce it.
Sourced from organic co-op farms in the Philippines and naturally processed from the sap of the coconut flower, it's delicious drizzled over pancakes, ice cream or waffles, or stirred into baking, marinades and curries.
