Take 50ml daily, either neat as a shot or diluted with warm or cold water to taste (roughly 1 part concentrate to 5 parts water). One 125ml bottle makes approximately 750ml of diluted tonic, or about 2-3 neat 50ml servings. Shake well before use. Store in a cool place or the fridge; refrigerate after opening and use within a few weeks.
