Mix 1 x 6g sachet into 500-1000mL of water and drink 1-2 times per day. Use less water for a sweeter, more concentrated drink and more water for a lighter one. Stir well, or shake in a drink bottle. Best served cold or over ice. Sachets are single serve, so tear and use the whole sachet at once. Store the pouch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
