DESCRIPTION

Involved in more than 300 enzymatic reactions, magnesium is one of the hardest-working minerals in the body, essential for energy production and the proper use of calcium, phosphorus and other nutrients.

This formula blends two forms, magnesium oxide for concentration and an easily absorbed amino acid chelate, in a complementary herbal base of licorice root, kelp, peppermint and white willow bark. A simple one-a-day tablet for muscle, nerve and everyday metabolic support.

Ingredients

Per tablet: Magnesium (amino acid chelate, oxide) 250mg, Calcium (di-calcium phosphate) 40mg, Phosphorus (di-calcium phosphate) 30mg, in an herbal base of Kelp leaf and stem (Ascophyllum nodosum, Laminaria digitata), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Peppermint leaf (Mentha x piperita) and White Willow bark (Salix alba). Other ingredients: Cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, magnesium silicate.

Instructions

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
