Magnesium L-threonate is the form that gets talked about separately from the rest, because it is the one shown to cross the blood-brain barrier. That is the entire reason it exists as a distinct product rather than another entry in a magnesium blend.
This one combines standard magnesium L-threonate at 533mg with a liposomal version at 267mg, delivering 56.5mg of elemental magnesium per capsule. Running both forms together is the formulation choice: the liposomal portion is carried in a phosphatidylcholine complex from sunflower lecithin.
Adults and children over nine: one to two capsules daily, with or without food.
