DESCRIPTION

Freeze-dried beef heart in a capsule. 100% New Zealand grass-fed and finished, 500mg per capsule, nothing else but the gelatine shell.

Heart is the organ highest in CoQ10. A six-capsule serve carries 1.0mg of CoQ10, 1.2mcg of vitamin B12 (61% RDI), 191mg of lysine and 88.5mg of threonine.

150 capsules, 25 serves at six a day.

Instructions

Take 4 to 6 capsules a day with water, with or without food.
