Steep and serve | 1 to 2 teaspoons per 250ml cup, infused 5 to 15 minutes. Up to 3 cups a day, hot or cold.

Cold brew | 2 to 3 teaspoons per 250ml, infused 6 to 8 hours or overnight, then strained and kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
