Vitamin D3 as colecalciferol supports healthy bone mineralisation, muscle function and immune function, and helps keep vitamin D levels up when sunlight alone is not enough. Vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7, the long acting form, works alongside it.

Both sit in an oil base of olive oil, sunflower oil and medium chain triglycerides with mixed tocopherols, which suits fat soluble vitamins far better than a water carrier does. The MK-7 is vitaMK7, grown by fermentation.
