Manjistha root leads on the Ayurvedic side, with gotu kola, olive leaf and black cumin seed. The mushroom blend underneath is a proper one, not a token inclusion: cordyceps, reishi, king trumpet, shiitake, lion's mane and turkey tail. St John's wort extract is in there too, which is worth knowing about if you take other medicines. The formula supports healthy fluid movement and the body's own natural processes.
