P-5-P, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, is the form B6 has to become before it can be used. Buying it pre-converted matters for anyone whose conversion is inefficient. Fifty milligrams gives 33mg of B6.

Paired with magnesium bisglycinate, a well tolerated chelated form.

Magnesium (from Magnesium Bisglycinate) (TRAACS®) | 25 mg
Other ingredients: Rice Flour, Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Instructions
