Yes. Preconception Multi for Men is a separate formula, because getting ready for a baby involves both partners.

It is built around zinc, selenium, coenzyme Q10, folate as calcium folinate and a lycopene-rich tomato extract, with a full range of B vitamins.

Activated forms rather than plain folic acid. Trimester One and the women's preconception multi use levomefolate, a form of 5-MTHF the body can use without converting it first. Trimester 2 & 3 combines levomefolate with calcium folinate, and the men's multi and Iron & Brain Support use calcium folinate.
