The evening one. Lavender, bergamot and clary sage, which is very close to the Tranquil Sleep blend, released into shower steam rather than a diffuser.

The base is sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, corn starch and witch hazel. All pure essential oils, nothing synthetic.

Put one on the shower floor away from the direct stream before you get in, and let the fizz do the work. It turns the last shower of the day into something closer to a ritual than a rinse.

Instructions

Place one steamer on the shower floor away from the direct water stream. The steam and splashing water will activate it. Do not use in a bath or apply directly to skin.
