DESCRIPTION

Straight witch hazel can be drying and straight rosewater does not do much for shine, so this blends them: astringent enough to take the gloss off a T-zone, soft enough not to leave the rest of your face tight. Home Essentials describe it as a soothing, lightly fragranced toner ideal for combination skin, which is precisely the skin type that struggles to find a toner.
