Mastic gum, the hand-harvested resin of the Pistacia lentiscus tree, in the Chia variety specifically.
Mastic is collected in tears from cuts made in the bark, and there is no industrial shortcut. The Chia designation matters, since resin from other regions is a different material. This is the larger bottle.
