Instructions

Serve chilled from the fridge or over ice. Arepa's direction is to drink one full 250mL can daily, and the brand suggests staying consistent for at least seven days. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; refrigerate after opening and finish the same day.
Warnings: Contains milk - not suitable for anyone with a milk allergy, and people who are lactose intolerant should note the small lactose content. If you are not used to prebiotic fibre, introduce it gradually. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult your healthcare professional before use.
