DESCRIPTION

Folinic acid rather than folic acid, at 300mcg, with 100mcg of iodine in the same capsule.

BePure Folate Restore is a two ingredient formula made for women trying to conceive, during pregnancy and afterwards. Each daily capsule provides 300mcg of vitamin B9 as folinic acid and 100mcg of iodine as potassium iodide.

Folinic acid is a naturally occurring form of folate, one step further along the pathway than synthetic folic acid.

One capsule daily with food. Thirty capsules is a month.

If you are on thyroid medication, blood thinning drugs such as warfarin, or anti-seizure medication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you start.

Independently third party tested, with nothing in the capsule beyond the folate, the iodine and the cellulose and magnesium stearate that hold it together.
