DESCRIPTION

Pressed from flax seeds, this oil is one of nature's richest plant sources of the omega-3 fatty acid ALA — an essential nutrient the body cannot make and must obtain through the diet, where it converts to EPA.

Alongside naturally occurring omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids and lignans, it supports cardiovascular health, brain function, joint comfort and healthy skin. Each softgel is carob-coated to shield the delicate oil from light and preserve freshness.

Ingredients

Per 2 softgels: Flaxseed Oil (Linum usitatissimum) 2000mg, providing Omega-3 900mg, Omega-6 260mg, Omega-9 280mg. Other ingredients: Lignans, capsule (gelatin, glycerine, water, carob coating).

Instructions

Take 2 softgels with a meal three times daily.
