Per capsule: Thiamin (Vitamin B1, mononitrate) 33mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 33mg, Niacin (niacinamide) 33mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 33mg, Folate 200mcg DFE (120mcg folic acid), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 33mcg, Biotin 100mcg, Pantothenic acid (d-calcium pantothenate) 33mg, Choline (bitartrate) 11mg. Proprietary blend 150mg: Inositol, Lemon Bioflavonoid extract, Para-Amino Benzoic Acid (PABA), Rutin, Wheat Germ (Triticum aestivum), Rose Hips (Rosa canina), Acerola Fruit Extract (Malpighia glabra). Other ingredients: Capsule (gelatin, water), cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Instructions

Take 1 capsule with a meal three times daily.
