Half a litre of certified organic castor oil, which is the size you buy if you are doing body packs rather than the occasional blend.

BioGro certified, cold pressed from Ricinus communis seed in India, unsulphonated and hexane free. Thick, near odourless and very slow to absorb, which is the point of it.

Traditionally used in abdominal massage and body pack routines, or blended into a lighter carrier such as almond before adding essential oils.

For external use only. Avoid if pregnant or breastfeeding. It will stain fabric.

Instructions

Blending: add 5 drops of pure essential oil per 10ml of carrier oil.
On its own: apply to damp skin after a shower or bath.
Store capped, cool and out of direct light.
