Half a litre of sweet almond oil is what you buy once you have stopped experimenting and started blending properly.

Cold pressed from the kernel of Prunus amygdalus dulcis and refined, so it stays stable and stays neutral. It is the carrier oil most aromatherapy training uses as its reference point, and it takes any essential oil in the Dolphin Clinic range without argument.

Blend at five drops of essential oil per 10ml, or use it plain as a body oil on dry skin.

The per millilitre price is about half that of the 100ml bottle, which is why clinics and regular blenders buy this size.
