DESCRIPTION

Twelve flat blocks rather than sticks, each around 4.7cm tall and just over a centimetre thick. Held on their side they cover large areas quickly; turned onto an edge they draw a line, so a single block handles broad colour, shading and blending.

Each one is handmade in New Zealand from 100% pure New Zealand beeswax with food-grade colours, and contains no paraffin wax or fillers. The chunky shape holds up to an enthusiastic hand.

Instructions

Hold the flat face against the paper to block in large areas of colour, or use an edge or corner for lines and detail. Layer colours to blend and shade. Wipe hands and surfaces with a damp cloth after use. Adult supervision recommended for young children.
