Most hair, skin and nail supplements are biotin with a marketing budget. This one is built on three ingredients that do different jobs, and it names all three.
Ovoderm-HD is a patented eggshell membrane ingredient at 300mg per capsule, which naturally contains collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid and keratin rather than having them added.
LIVING SILICA is monomethylsilanetriol at 357mg, providing 10mg of elemental silicon in a stabilised, highly soluble form. Silicon is the mineral most people have never thought about in this context.
The biotin is liposomal, at 25mg providing 500 micrograms of biotin itself.
Adults 18 and over: one capsule once daily, with or after food, swallowed whole with at least half a glass of water.
Contains egg. Not suitable for children.
