DESCRIPTION
The large size of Dr Scholl's black travel compression sock. Compression is graduated at 14 to 17 mmHg, meaning firmest at the ankle and gradually easing up the calf, which is what makes a compression sock work rather than simply feeling tight. They are made for travel and for long stretches of sitting still, where legs become tired and ankles swell. What sets them apart from medical hosiery is that they pass as normal socks: soft cotton feel, comfort top, plain black. Check the size guide before ordering, because a compression garment that does not fit does not do its job.
