Same formula: 77% houttuynia cordata water as the base, very little else, and a cooling feel on contact that is welcome straight after cleansing. Heartleaf is the Korean answer to reactive skin the way centella is elsewhere. Primary irritation tested. Apply on a cotton pad or press in with fingertips, morning and night, before serums. Worth keeping in a travel kit even once you have the big bottle at home, since a toner is the step people most often skip when away from their own bathroom.
