Put on in the morning before swelling develops, easing the hosiery up the leg without rolling it. Remove at night. Wash according to the pack instructions.

Check the size guide before purchase - compression garments only work correctly when they fit. Do not wear if the garment feels painfully tight, and do not roll the top down. Remove and seek advice if you notice numbness, tingling, colour change or increased pain in the foot or leg. Not suitable if you have severe peripheral arterial disease, or any condition where compression is not advised. If you have diabetes, poor circulation, reduced sensation, leg ulcers, or are at increased risk of blood clots, speak to your doctor before wearing compression hosiery.
