Coyne use BCM-95®, a patented blend that pairs curcuminoids with ar-turmerone, an essential oil that occurs naturally in turmeric rhizome. The manufacturer reports the combination delivers up to seven times more bioavailable free curcumin than a standard extract, and that it stays in circulation for up to eight hours. It is supported by 63 published studies.
Each capsule carries 400mg of BCM-95 Bio-Curcumin, from a 25:1 Curcuma longa root extract standardised to 95% total curcuminoids.
Thirty capsules, which at the maintenance dose is a fortnight to a month depending on how you take it. The 60 capsule bottle works out better per capsule if you get on with it.
