Formula 18 comes from a range that numbers its formulas instead of naming them. EndoAxis does this deliberately: each one is designed around a pattern a practitioner identifies on functional lab testing, rather than around a single concern, so a descriptive name would say too little.

The company behind it was founded in 2023. Naturopathic doctors Guy Citrin and Liz Bartman lead the clinical side, with Tom Bayne and Kiran Krishnan, co-founders of Microbiome Labs, bringing their experience from the supplement industry.

Formula 18 sits in the Optimize group on the label and comes as 120 vegetable capsules in a glass bottle, which EndoAxis uses across the range in place of plastic. It is made in a GMP-certified facility, with ingredients checked for heavy metals and contaminants, and made without corn, soy or wheat.
