Directions
Adults: Mix one scoop (8.7g) with 200mL of water twice daily. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings
Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not use if cap and/or bottle seals are missing or broken.
