Do NOT use tap water, use only previously boiled, distilled, commercially bottled or micro filtered 0.2micron water. Must be used by 1 person only.replace the device every 3 months

Can be used 1-2 times a day, 1 hour prior to bedtime. Or as directed by your Physician
