DESCRIPTION
Tropical Twist is the rounder, sweeter of the two caffeinated FastChews and the easier one to take repeatedly through a long session. Each serve carries 15mg of caffeine — enough to sharpen things without the edge a full pre-workout gives you. The appeal of the format is that it removes every step: no bottle, no mixing, no waiting for a powder to dissolve. Chew them and they start working within about 45 seconds. The 60-count bottle is the sensible home or gym-bag option rather than the race-day packet.
