Each 1g contains: Tincture equiv. dry: Arnica montana flower 4.5mg; Arnica montana root 500micrograms; Tincture equiv. fresh juice: Urtica urens, herb 475mg; in water/ethanol base. Contains alcohol 20% v/v.

Adults and Children above 6 months: Spray the affected area and allow to dry. Repeat if necessary until itching and swelling have eased. Or as directed by your health professional. Naturally cloudy. Shake the bottle before use.
