Active ingredient: fexofenadine hydrochloride 180mg per tablet.

The tablets also contain inactive ingredients including microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, macrogol and iron oxide colours.

Adults and children 12 years and over: take 1 tablet (180mg) once daily as required. Swallow with water. Telfast can be taken with or without food. Do not take it at the same time as antacids containing aluminium or magnesium, and do not take it with fruit juice such as grapefruit, orange or apple, as these can reduce how well it works. Do not take more than the recommended dose.

- Relieves hay fever symptoms: sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, itchy or runny nose

Do not take Telfast if you are allergic to fexofenadine or any other ingredient in the tablets. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning a pregnancy, ask your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. Tell your pharmacist about any other medicines you take. Not for children under 12 years. Store below 25 degrees C. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
