Maple and cocoa turns out to be a better pairing than it sounds — the result reads as genuinely chocolatey rather than as a chocolate-flavoured supplement. Three ingredients: pure Vermont maple syrup, organic cocoa and sea salt, with 60mg of sea salt per packet putting it in UnTapped's salted line for electrolyte replacement. It works as well on a freezing winter ride as in the heat, which is not true of every flavour. Water-soluble like the rest of the range, so nothing sticks to your mouth. A box of 20 x 30ml packets.
