Per chewable tablet: ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 50 mg, nicotinamide 15 mg, calcium phosphate 12 mg, dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E) 10 mg, magnesium oxide 5 mg, calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5) 4.5 mg, retinol acetate (vitamin A) 450 micrograms, folic acid 100 micrograms, biotin 50 micrograms, colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 2.5 micrograms, plus further B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine, cyanocobalamin) and the minerals iron, zinc, manganese and phosphorus.
