You wet the strip, wait 90 seconds, then scan it with the free Vivoo app. The app's camera reads the colour pads for you, so the result does not come down to your eyesight or your bathroom lighting.

Back comes a score for each marker and an overall wellness score out of ten, with nutrition and lifestyle suggestions written by Vivoo's dietitians and nutritionists. Test again the following week and the app shows you which way each marker is moving.

Instructions

1. Download the free Vivoo app on iOS or Android.
2. Open the pouch and take out the strip.
