One kilogram of lavender infused wheat, sewn into three sections so the weight distributes evenly instead of collecting at one end. That construction detail is the difference between a wheat bag that drapes over a shoulder and one that slides off it.

Warm it and the lavender comes through gently as the heat builds. It is a genuinely good alternative to a hot water bottle, and there is nothing to leak.
