A cordyceps blend with two things most mushroom capsules do not have: caffeine, and a reason for it.
The caffeine is 60mg per serving and it comes from guayusa, an Amazonian holly leaf brewed as a tea rather than from a synthetic source. Sixty milligrams is roughly two thirds of a cup of coffee, so it is a lift rather than a jolt.
With it sit organic cordyceps at more than 20% beta-glucans and ginseng standardised to more than 1% ginsenosides. Both figures are printed, which is unusual in a blend where the ingredient list often stops at the plant name.
