Spring in Northland is beautiful and, for a lot of people, faintly miserable. This is the blend Dolphin Clinic put together for that time of year.
Lavender, lemon, aniseed, chamomile and eucalyptus, all pure essential oils and all in the proportions the company settled on decades ago. It is soft and green rather than sharp, with the lemon lifting it and the chamomile keeping it gentle.
Four to eight drops in a vaporiser, or a few drops on a tissue tucked in a pocket. It can also go into almond oil at five drops per 10ml for a chest rub.
Avoid during pregnancy.
