Instructions
Shake the bottle well before opening, as the blackcurrant solids settle. Drink the full 98mL shot in one go. Arepa's direction is to take it about 30 minutes before you need to perform, so time it ahead of a study block, a meeting, a drive or training rather than during it. Best served chilled. Arepa states a maximum of 4 serves per day. Once opened, keep refrigerated. Check the best before date on the neck of the bottle. Unopened bottles can be kept at room temperature out of direct sunlight.
