Glutathione is the reason liposomal delivery exists as a category. Taken as a plain oral supplement it is largely broken down before it gets anywhere, which made it a frustrating molecule to formulate for years.
Coyne's answer is Setria®, a patented glutathione produced by natural fermentation in Japan, wrapped in a liposomal phospholipid layer. Setria is one of the few glutathione raw materials with published pharmacokinetic work behind it: the manufacturer cites increases of up to 39% in plasma and 260% within cells.
Each capsule carries 625mg of BioMax Glutathione, of which 250mg is Setria reduced glutathione, alongside 195mg of phosphatidylcholine complex and 375mg of choline complex.
One to four capsules daily on an empty stomach, which is a wide range and worth discussing with a practitioner.
Thirty capsules. Vegetable stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and a clear vegetable capsule are the only other ingredients.
