Spermidine is a polyamine found in wheat germ, aged cheese and soy, and it is one of those compounds where the dietary amounts and the supplemental amounts are worlds apart.
Each capsule provides 19mg of spermidine trihydrochloride, delivering 10mg of spermidine itself.
With it comes FENUMAT quercetin at 25mg, providing 5mg of quercetin in a micellar-hydrogel formulation. The label states what that formulation is worth: equivalent to 300mg of standard quercetin. That sixtyfold figure is the reason the milligram number looks small, and stating it plainly is more useful than a big number with no context.
One capsule per day, with or without food.
Thirty vegetable capsules. Brown rice flour, magnesium stearate and silica make up the remainder.
