This syrup is delicious straight from the spoon but you could add it to a warm drink (not too hot - heat destroys vitamin c), to your drink bottle or even used as a dessert topping.
The best time to take Vitamin C is generally in the morning with breakfast or shortly after. Taking it with food can help improve absorption and, if you have a sensitive stomach, this can reduce the likelihood of stomach upset (although our Vitamin C is very gentle on the digestive system).
If you're taking Vitamin c to improve absorption of iron, then best to take it with your meals.
