Instructions
Apply a small amount to the affected area and massage gently until fully absorbed; for deeper relief, massage for 1-2 minutes. Apply before movement if stiffness is limiting mobility, or post-workout to areas that feel tight, sore or overworked. For lower-body tension, smooth across the lower abdomen and lower back; for head and neck tension, apply a tiny amount to the temples and neck, avoiding the eye area. Use as often as required. For long-term joint and mobility support, pair with Adashiko Joint Collagen Powder.
