Neem oil: apply a thin layer to dry areas two to three times a day, after showering and before bed. Hair and body wash: use in place of soap in the shower or bath. Neem leaf powder: up to 1 teaspoon daily in water or herbal tea, or 1 tablespoon stirred into hot water and added to a bath.
