The same oral spray format as the plain D3, with vitamin K2 added. The two are routinely taken together, which is why the combined bottle exists.
A dose of four sprays provides 25 micrograms of cholecalciferol, or 1000 IU of vitamin D3, alongside 25 micrograms of menaquinone as vitamin K2.
Sprayed into the mouth, both are absorbed through the mucous membranes rather than depending on digestion, which is the practical argument for a spray over a capsule with two fat soluble vitamins in it.
Peach flavoured and sweetened with xylitol. Acacia gum, citric acid, purified water and potassium sorbate make up the rest.
Four sprays per day. Shake before use, and take on an empty stomach for best results. Store below 25 degrees, away from direct sunlight, with the bottle tightly closed.
