The vitamin D is cholecalciferol, or D3, the form the body makes in skin rather than the D2 used in some fortified foods. A dose provides 25 micrograms, which is 1000 IU.
Sweetened with xylitol and preserved with potassium sorbate, with acacia gum, citric acid, natural flavouring and purified water making up the rest. No known allergens, no sugar, no gluten and no artificial flavours.
Adults take four sprays daily, children from one year take two. Shake before use, and it works best on an empty stomach.
