Resveratrol is the compound in red grape skin that started the red wine conversation decades ago. It is also famously badly absorbed, which is why the dose on a label rarely tells you much on its own.
This one uses Fenumat, a micellar-hydrogel formulation, at 200mg per capsule providing 40mg of resveratrol. The label then does something useful and states the comparison directly: that 40mg is equivalent to 400mg of standard resveratrol.
That tenfold figure is the whole point of the product, and stating it plainly is more helpful than a large number with no context.
