Clean and dry the area first. Peel the plaster from the backing and apply over the blister, pressing the edges down firmly. Leave in place and allow it to loosen naturally rather than pulling it off early.

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply to deep or puncture wounds, burns, or infected blisters. Do not use if you are sensitive to any of the materials. If the area becomes more painful, red, swollen or hot, or shows any sign of spreading infection, see a doctor. If you have diabetes, poor circulation or reduced sensation in your feet, seek professional advice for any foot blister rather than self-treating.
