Ingredients
- Each 5g (approximately 1 rounded 5ml measuring spoon) contains: Calcium ascorbate threonate complex (equiv Calcium 99mg) 1000 mg; Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 750 mg; Vitamin C (from sodium ascorbate) (equiv Sodium 33mg) 250 mg; Vitamin B2 (as riboflavin) 7 mg; Citrus bioflavonoid complex (standardised to 35mg hespiradin) 100 mg; Rutin 100 mg. Also contains: Maltodextrin; natural flavouring; thaumatin and xanthan gum. No added: Artificial colours or preservatives
Instructions
Great tasting powder to be mixed with water, juice or fluid.
Adults and adolescents over 13 years: 1 rounded teaspoon daily.
Children 9 to 13 years: 1/2 teaspoon daily.
Children 4 to 8 years: Take 1/4 teaspoon daily.
